Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using renorestaurantguide.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors who browse the Site and Members who have purchased a listing subscription. Subscription Members are also subject to our Membership Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
1. About the Site
Reno Restaurant Guide is an online directory platform that connects people in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada area with local restaurants and bars. Restaurants and bars listed on the Site have purchased a subscription to maintain their listing. Reno Restaurant Guide is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any individual restaurant, bar, franchise, or hospitality organization.
2. Use of the Site
Permitted UseYou may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, including browsing restaurant and bar listings, using search and filtering features, viewing listing content, and accessing articles and other content on the Site.
Prohibited ConductYou agree that you will not:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any other systems or networks connected to the Site, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
Use any automated means, scraping tools, bots, spiders, or data mining techniques to extract, collect, or copy content from the Site without our prior written permission.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or the servers and networks connected to it.
Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Use the Site to collect email addresses or other contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or who uses the Site in a manner we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Site, other users, or the public.
3. Listing Content and Accuracy
Restaurant and bar listings on this Site are created and managed by the business owners themselves through a self-service member dashboard. Reno Restaurant Guide does not independently verify the accuracy of listing information, including but not limited to:
Business name, address, or phone number
Hours of operation
Menu items and pricing
Available amenities and features
Photos and media content
Reservation and contact links
Important: Listing information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Restaurant hours, menus, prices, and availability can change without notice. Always contact the restaurant or bar directly to confirm current information before visiting, especially for special occasions or events.
We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment resulting from inaccurate or outdated listing information. Your reliance on any listing information is at your own risk.
4. Intellectual Property
Our ContentThe Site and its original content — including but not limited to written articles, design, layout, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Reno Restaurant Guide and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any of our proprietary content without our prior written consent.
Member-Submitted ContentRestaurant and bar owners who submit content as part of their listing (including photos, logos, descriptions, menu information, and other materials) retain ownership of that content. By submitting content to the Site, Members grant Reno Restaurant Guide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related marketing materials for the purpose of operating the directory and promoting the platform. This license remains in effect for as long as the content is published on the Site.
Third-Party ContentThe Site may include links to or embeds of content from third-party platforms, including YouTube videos, Vimeo videos, and Google Maps. All third-party content is the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms of service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, information, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Restaurant Guide disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, listing information, or other material available through the Site.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Restaurant Guide, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site or any content or services available through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, reservation platforms, social media profiles, and other external services. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any third party. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any linked site and are not responsible for any damages or losses you may incur through your use of any third-party service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email to registered Members. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
